Fixed written proposals
Every engagement is a fixed, written proposal after a free assessment - no open-ended hourly billing.
Fee locked at the approved budget
Our fee can be structured as a percentage of the board-approved project budget, locked at that baseline: if costs rise, our fee doesn't.
Optional shared-savings alignment
For some projects, part of our fee can be tied to documented construction savings we deliver against the approved budget - so we only do better when the church does.
