California Church Construction Advisors

    Church Construction Management Services

Professional church construction management to ensure your project is built safely, on time, and on budget. We manage the complexities of the job site so you can focus on ministry.

    Who This Is For

Churches entering the construction phase that need a seasoned professional to oversee the general contractor. If your project is about to break ground or is already underway and you need technical advocacy on the job site, our CCM-certified team provides the oversight you need.

    What We Do

    • Budget control and pay-app verification
    • Master schedule enforcement
    • QA/QC oversight
    • Phasing around the worship calendar (Sundays, weddings, holy days)
    • Contractor coordination
    • Monthly board-ready reporting

We are not your general contractor

We provide agency construction management. This means we manage and audit the builder on the church's behalf; we do not self-perform construction. By remaining independent, we avoid the inherent conflicts of interest that arise when the company building the project is also the one reporting on its progress.

    Our 4-Phase Process

    Phase 1: Pre-Mobilization

Reviewing contracts, establishing site logistics, and setting up communication protocols before the first shovel hits the ground.

    Phase 2: Active Construction Oversight

Daily/weekly site presence to monitor progress, enforce safety, and ensure quality control.

Phase 3: Financial & Schedule Management

Rigorous review of contractor pay applications and change orders, keeping the project on track.

    Phase 4: Commissioning & Turnover

Managing the final inspections, punch list completion, and operational handover to your facilities team.

Churches deserve to know how their advisor is paid.

Every engagement is a fixed, written proposal after a free assessment - no open-ended hourly billing. Our fee can be structured as a percentage of the board-approved project budget, locked at that baseline: if costs rise, our fee doesn't. For some projects, part of our fee can be tied to documented construction savings we deliver against the approved budget - so we only do better when the church does.
